2-Minute Multiplier: Cleaning Out Tombs

A buddy of mine sends me “Quarantini” pics of his nightly martini-of-choice. His attention to staging the ingredients with the recipe card positioned just so always brings a smile, if not always a “Yum.”

Another colleague sent pics of decade-old cancelled checks he and his wife had carried around since forever. Their quarantine allowed them to clear through the build up of mementos. I’m shipping him a shredder.

This Easter has been dubbed a digital Easter, digital being the appropriate adjective in a world of stay-at-home and shelter-in-place.

The upside? I get to worship with people I haven’t seen in a while, communing with them across time and space, sharing the same resurrection Word.

The downside? I won’t get to shake hands, hug bodies, and simply lean in with those I enjoy sharing space with.

The Christian Church is a communal affair. One Man, one God, uniting a whole bunch of people.

This Easter I’ll be thankful for digital while missing physical. I’ll be grateful that Easter is anchored in Jesus but just a tad sad it will be low touch.

We understand that you may wish to return a book for any number of reasons. We accept returns shipped to us within 60 days of the purchase date. Please note that if you are returning books, they must be unused in order to receive a refund.
